It’s okay to retreat to that quiet, sacred space and pray for what you truly need. Jesus Himself often withdrew to lonely places to pray, showing us the power of stillness with God (Luke 5:16). In those moments of surrender, God meets you exactly where you are, not where you think you should be. The Bible promises that when we seek Him, He draws near and listens with compassion (James 4:8). As you pour out your heart, He fills you with a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6–7). No person, place, or possession can offer what God gives freely: rest for the weary, clarity for the confused, and hope for every season of life.
